Introducing PointWorld: FAQ

  • Will I still be able to blog as I do on PointBlog?
No, not as you know it from PointBlog, however, you will be able to blog for companies who want you to blog about their product and give you points. Later in 2014 we will also launch a new blog function to which you will be able to import all of your old blog posts automatically.

  • How about my points and my account?
On september 23rd your account, including your points, will be migrated to PointWorld.

  • What If I don’t like the idea of PointWorld?
We are sure that once you try out PointWorld you will love it. However, we are bringing these changes to your attention months in advance, so you have the chance to cash in your chips, so to speak, if you don’t like the changes that are going to happen. On August 4th we will be opening up to a beta edition of PointWorld so you can check it out, poke around and see what it’s going to be like.

  • Will PointWorld only be available from the 10 current countries?
No, one of the great things about PointWorld is that it is international. We do not only consolidate all point sites into one, we also bring all countries together in one, international site. We cannot wait to connect you with users and companies from all over the world!

  • Why are you discontinuing PointDeal?
By making PointWorld completely international it would no longer be logistically possible to keep PointDeal going. With the launch of PointWorld we also want to commit ourselves to our main goal and vision that is to give you free stuff.

  • What about my VIP membership?
Unless you cancel your VIP membership before the 23rd of September your membership will automatically be continued on PointWorld. In that way you can keep your premium advantages including double points and discount when you spend points.
